Erik, I wanted to update you on some personal evolutions I've had using the PQ methods you taught us. A big thanks again for your expertise and an excellent teaching style for me. It really has held. Primarily, my self-awareness of my personality saboteurs and being able to disable/diffuse them in the moment has helped in so many real-life situations I can't begin to count them. And in particular, having done the course with my significant other, we both have tools and language to identify where we are derailing and to reset without ego attachment. Practical
Going through Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence program with Erik McGregor as my coach has been a game changer. Erik has a calm, grounded presence and a way of guiding you through the process that feels both supportive and insightful. Game Changer
