Recalibration Over Resignation

The Obstacle

Much comes our way.

Challenges
Opinions
Ideas
Frustration
Circumstances.

Each time an opportunity
To have an opinion
Judgment
Emotion that drives us.

We spend time and energy
Emotions and resources
Holding opinions
Defending ideas
Making judgments.

Most things we should just let go
Not in the sense of resignation
By simply letting them be what they are.

Nothing more.

The Gift and Opportunity

With each circumstance
We do not need to have an opinion
Judgment
Idea.

We cannot stop the initial thoughts
But we can recalibrate
Where our attention and energy goes.

Much of what we dwell on
Is undeserving
It Does not require our time and attention.

We only have so much energy and time
Recalibrate from the urgent
Trivial
Undeserving
To things more worth our while.

The Practice of Self-Mastery

  • Notice all your investments

  • Decern what is of value

  • Redirect

  • Spend wisely

CHEAT CODE: NOTICE → DECERN → RECALIBRATE → INVEST
